Creates a statewide Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) educator position appointed by the Kansas Attorney General

Requires the D.A.R.E. educator to provide drug abuse instruction in public elementary and secondary schools using an attorney general-approved curriculum that includes content on fentanyl and other opioids

Mandates annual reports to the legislature on curriculum modifications and lists of schools served by the program

Authorizes additional staff as necessary within available appropriations to support the D.A.R.E. educator's functions

Takes effect upon publication in the statute book
