Extends the state's reversionary interest deadline on real property in Miami County, Kansas from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2046, giving the city of Osawatomie an additional 20 years to use the land for economic development before it could revert to state ownership.

Requires the Secretary for Aging and Disability Services and the city of Osawatomie to execute and record an amendment to the original deed on or before July 1, 2026.

Covers four tracts of land in Miami County previously conveyed without consideration to Osawatomie for economic development purposes, located in Sections 1, 35, and 36 of Townships 17 and 18 South, Range 22 East.

Allows the Secretary for Aging and Disability Services to correct any errors in the legal property description when recording the deed amendment, subject to attorney general approval.

Amends K.S.A. 75-3369a and takes effect upon publication in the statute book.
