Prohibits smoking on the gaming floor of lottery gaming facilities and racetrack gaming facilities by removing the current exemption under the Kansas Indoor Clean Air Act

Expands the definition of "smoking" to include the use of electronic cigarettes and burning marijuana in any form or device

Removes several existing exemptions from the smoking ban, including hotel/motel rooms (up to 20%), private clubs with designated areas where minors are prohibited, charitable cigar dinners, and medical/clinical research facilities

Broadens the definition of "enclosed area" to include spaces with retractable dividers, garage doors, or other physical barriers, eliminating previous exceptions for partially open areas

Amends K.S.A. 21-6109 and 21-6110, taking effect upon publication in the statute book
