Requires judicial foreclosure public auctions for tax-delinquent real estate to be held in person at a physical location within the county, rather than exclusively online

Defines "public auction" as open to the public, held in person, allowing attendees to gather, interact, and observe bidding as it occurs

Permits online or electronic bids to be submitted alongside in-person bids, but prohibits auctions from being conducted exclusively online or by electronic means

Sales must be held at the courthouse front door or another physical location in the county selected by the chief judge of the judicial district

Amends K.S.A. 79-2804 and takes effect upon publication in the Kansas Register
