Validates the May 21, 2024 election results authorizing USD 200 (Greeley County) to issue up to $4,600,000 in general obligation bonds for school facility improvements, including safety upgrades, playground improvements, locker room renovations, gymnasium addition, and ADA compliance work.

Authorizes the USD 200 board of education to proceed with issuing the validated bonds to fund construction, furnishing, and renovation of elementary and junior/senior high school facilities.

Amends K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 10-120 to make county election office website publication of bond election notices conditional—required only if the county election office has a website.

Requires website publication of election notices to remain posted until the day after the election if the county election office maintains a website.

Takes effect upon publication in the Kansas Register.
