Increases Kansas minimum wage from $7.25 to $15.00 per hour effective January 1, 2026

Establishes automatic annual cost-of-living adjustments beginning January 1, 2027, based on the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers in the midwest region, rounded to the nearest five cents

Raises the minimum cash wage for tipped employees from $2.13 per hour to 50% of the standard minimum wage (i.e., $7.50 per hour) starting January 1, 2026

Requires employers to make up the difference if a tipped employee's wages plus tips do not equal the full minimum wage rate

Amends K.S.A. 44-1202 and 44-1203, with the act taking effect upon publication in the statute book
