Prohibits registered sex offenders aged 18 or older from entering school property or attending school activities if their underlying offense involved a victim under 18 years of age

First violation is a severity level 6 person felony; second violation is a severity level 5 person felony; third or subsequent violations are severity level 3 person felonies

Defines "school property" as any public or private school facility serving students in preschool through grade 12, including unified school districts and accredited nonpublic schools

Defines "school activity" broadly to include instructional time, after school care, tutoring, athletic events, dances, social events, field trips, plays, and assemblies where K-12 or preschool students are primary participants or audience

Amends K.S.A. 22-4901 and 22-4902 to incorporate these provisions into the Kansas Offender Registration Act
