Creates a statutory definition of "roundabout" as an intersection with a circulatory roadway, channelized approaches, and yield control of entering traffic, including the area bounded by the outermost curb line or pavement edge and any crosswalks

Requires drivers to use turn signals when moving right or left within a roundabout or when exiting from any position within a roundabout

Maintains existing requirement that turn signals must be given continuously for at least the last 100 feet before turning on regular roadways

Amends K.S.A. 8-1548 and takes effect upon publication in the statute book
