Private high schools that have won 5+ state championships in the preceding 5 years must apply a multiplier factor to their student attendance for classification purposes, with a 1.15 multiplier for 5-9 championships and 1.3 multiplier for 10+ championships

Championship-triggering private schools receive additional multipliers based on geographic location: 0.3 if located in a 5A/6A public school territory, 0.15 for 3A/4A territory, and 0 for 1A/2A territory

A socio-economic multiplier of 0.15 applies to private schools where 20% or fewer students receive free/reduced meals; schools not reporting this data are assumed to have 0% eligible students

Private schools cannot be moved more than one classification level above their base enrollment classification, and the multiplier does not apply to changes between 6-person, 8-person, and 11-person football categories

The multiplier provisions expire on June 30, 2031, and classification changes due to the multiplier cannot be appealed
