Authorizes the Clearwater cemetery district board of trustees in Sedgwick County to remove Ohio township from the district by adopting a reorganization resolution with majority vote

Restructures the board to three members: the mayor of Clearwater, the Ninnescah township trustee, and one at-large member who must reside in either Clearwater or Ninnescah township

At-large board member will be elected by district voters on a nonpartisan basis starting at the 2026 general election and every four years thereafter

Permits Ohio township and the reorganized district to enter into an interlocal cooperation agreement for future cemetery care and sharing of existing tax funds

Reorganization takes effect January 1, 2026, after a copy of the resolution is mailed to the Sedgwick county clerk
