Affected facilities must use closed-loop cooling or heat removal systems where no fluid contacts the ambient atmosphere

Attorney general, city, county, or district attorneys may seek temporary or permanent injunctions in district court to enforce violations

"Data center" is defined as any facility housing computer and network systems, servers, storage systems, and related infrastructure for digital data storage, management, and processing
