Amends K.S.A. 8-246 to add municipal court services agencies to the list of entities authorized to issue identification certificates to offenders under their probation supervision

Identification certificates issued by municipal court services agencies can be used as one of the required documents to obtain a replacement driver's license

Previously, only the Department of Corrections and court services/community corrections agencies could issue such identification certificates

Replacement driver's license applicants must provide at least two identity documents, with requirements that documents bear the person's signature and age

Takes effect upon publication in the statute book
