Removes firearm suppressors (silencers) from the list of prohibited weapons under Kansas criminal use of weapons law (K.S.A. 21-6301), making possession legal under state law

Eliminates the criminal prohibition on shotguns with barrels less than 18 inches in length, removing this as a state-level offense

Repeals the exception that previously allowed law enforcement officers on tactical units to possess suppressors with ATF approval, as the general prohibition is removed

Removes references to "Kansas-made firearm accessory" suppressors that were previously exempt under K.S.A. 50-1204, as all suppressors would now be legal

Amends K.S.A. 21-6302 (criminal carrying of a weapon) to similarly remove the short-barreled shotgun provision while maintaining the prohibition on automatic weapons
