Qualified electors living in areas subject to a city's extraterritorial zoning or subdivision regulations would gain the right to vote in that city's elections

Territory outside city limits that is subject to extraterritorial zoning or subdivision regulations would be treated as part of the city for all city election purposes

For at-large city elections (including mayor), the voting area must include the extraterritorial territory

For district-based elections, at least one district must include territory outside the corporate city limits

Amends K.S.A. 12-184b and takes effect upon publication in the statute book
