Proposes repealing Section 12 of Article 15 of the Kansas Constitution, known as the "right to work" provision, which prohibits denying employment based on membership or nonmembership in labor organizations

Requires two-thirds approval from both the Kansas Senate and House of Representatives to place the amendment on the ballot

Submits the constitutional amendment to Kansas voters at the November 2026 general election, unless a special election is called sooner by concurrent resolution

Ballot language will explain that a "yes" vote repeals the right to work provision entirely, while a "no" vote keeps the current constitutional protection in place
