Congratulates and commends seven Kansas teachers selected as 2025 Kansas Master Teachers by a statewide committee of educational organizations

The 2025 honorees are: Casey Engel (Blue Valley High School), Jennifer Gillespie (Macksville High School), Jessica Madinger (Northern Heights High School), Rochelle Mann (Amelia Earhart Elementary), Heather Newkirk (Heller Elementary), Marylavonne Roseberry (Sedgwick High School), and Andrew Taylor (Olathe Northwest High School)

Emporia State University established the Kansas Master Teacher Awards in 1953 to recognize teachers who have long served the profession

Bank of America has pledged more than $100,000 since 1980 to permanently endow the awards, and the Black family of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma established an endowed chair in 1984 that funds stipends for Master Teachers to present to education students at Emporia State

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to send seven enrolled copies of the resolution to Senator Argabright
