Creates new exceptions allowing parties to bypass the 60-day waiting period if they have successfully completed the collaborative law process (under KRS 403.640 to 403.670) and filed required documentation with the court

Allows the waiting period exemption for parties who have completed family mediation and reached a property and custody agreement

Requires parties seeking the exemption to file a notice of the completed process, a property and custody agreement, and a proposed decree of dissolution referencing the alternative dispute resolution method used
