Expands Kentucky's existing privacy protections for judicial officers to include current members of the General Assembly and their immediate family members

Allows covered persons to submit written requests to government agencies prohibiting disclosure of personally identifiable information, including home addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, children's school information, and family members' employers

Requires government agencies to remove personally identifiable information from publicly available content within 72 hours of receiving a written request

Permits covered persons to file civil lawsuits seeking injunctive or declaratory relief to enforce these privacy protections

Exempts disclosures required under KRS Chapter 6 or 61 (which govern legislative ethics and open records) from these restrictions
