Requires annual inflation adjustments to KEES base amounts and supplemental awards based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U), with adjustments applied retroactively to GPAs earned since the 2018-2019 academic year

Prohibits decreases to scholarship amounts once adjusted and ensures students receive the most recent calculated amount when utilizing their award, though no retroactive payments will be made for prior academic terms

Maintains supplemental ACT score awards ranging from $36 for a score of 15 to $500 for scores of 28 and above, along with supplemental awards of $200-$300 for qualifying AP, IB, and Cambridge examination scores for students from families eligible for free or reduced-price lunch

Extends inflation-adjusted award amounts to eligible high school students who graduated prior to 2021-2022 and received an eligibility extension from the authority
