Requires the Cabinet for Economic Development to coordinate with the Commissioner of Agriculture on economic incentive projects related to agricultural development, agribusiness, and alternative fuels including sustainable aviation fuels

Mandates the cabinet to promote Kentucky Office of Agricultural Policy programs to all applicants seeking state economic incentives at initial contact, application submission, and incentive acceptance

Establishes monthly reporting requirements beginning August 1, 2026, detailing application numbers, project amounts, incentives requested and awarded, approval status, and applicant outreach to agricultural programs

Expands the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority committee from seven to eight members by adding the executive director of the Kentucky Office of Agricultural Policy as an ex officio member

Requires at least one appointed committee member to have experience and expertise in agriculture
