Amends Kentucky nursing licensure requirements to require the Board of Nursing to issue temporary work permits and licenses to registered nurses and licensed practical nurses licensed in other states who are in good standing, and removes the exception for nurses with multistate compact licenses

Requires collaborative agreements (CAPA-NS and CAPA-CS) for advanced practice registered nurses prescribing medications to be with physicians who have "active and unrestricted" licenses in Kentucky, and removes outdated date references from existing requirements

Reduces the timeframe for persons under the Board of Nursing's jurisdiction to report criminal convictions from 90 days to 30 days after entry of an order or judgment

Authorizes state licensing boards to query the Cabinet for Health and Family Services for validated substantiated findings of adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation against individuals under their jurisdiction

Expands school medication administration provisions to cover students with any "documented medical condition" (including diabetes, hypoglycemia, and adrenal crisis), allows schools to stock and trained individuals to administer undesignated glucagon in emergencies, and provides civil liability immunity for good faith administration of emergency medications
