Requires manufacturers selling products with intentionally added PFAS in Kentucky to submit annual disclosure reports starting January 1, 2027, including product descriptions, PFAS amounts, and purpose of use; the cabinet must publish this information within 30 days

Mandates Kentucky-based manufacturers report annual PFAS releases and any individual releases exceeding 10 pounds within 24 hours, with the cabinet required to publish reports and notify affected county judges/executive

Requires county judges/executive to post PFAS release notices on government websites and social media within 24 hours and inform county legislative bodies at their next meeting

Imposes civil penalties up to $1,000 per day for manufacturers or county officials who fail to comply with reporting requirements, and prohibits wastewater treatment facilities from refusing sewage based on PFAS concentration
