Employers must disclose wages or wage range, plus a general description of all benefits and other compensation, in every job posting (print or electronic)

"Wage range" is defined as the anticipated pay for a position, which may include applicable pay scales, previously determined ranges, wages of current employees in comparable positions, or the employer's budgeted amount

"Job posting" is defined as any advertisement for employment made to attract applicants that describes the position to be filled

Amends KRS 337.010 to add new definitions for "job posting" and "wage range" while reorganizing existing statutory definitions for wages, employer, and employee
