Finance and Administration Cabinet must establish a centralized grant database serving as a single entry point for individuals and entities to search and review all available state and local grant opportunities using keyword searches

Beginning December 1, 2026, all state and local agencies must report quarterly on available grants, including grant title, authorizing statute, posting date, application deadline, eligibility criteria, total funds available with minimum/maximum amounts, and grantor contact information

"Grant" is defined broadly to include money, equipment, materials, or services available through an application process administered by any governmental agency

Every county and area development district must display a prominent link to the grant database on the home page of its website
