Amends KRS 205.522 to expand the list of insurance statutes that the Department for Medicaid Services, Medicaid managed care organizations, and the state medical assistance program must comply with, adding KRS 304.12-237 (relating to pharmacist reimbursements) among other provisions

Requires managed care organizations contracted for Medicaid benefits to comply with reporting requirements under KRS 304.17A-732

Amends Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) statute to add compliance requirements with KRS 304.12-237 and KRS 304.17A-163/1631

Requires the Cabinet for Health and Family Services or Department for Medicaid Services to request any necessary federal authorization (state plan amendment or waiver) within 90 days if needed to implement the changes without losing federal funds

Implementation may only be delayed for provisions requiring federal approval until that approval is granted
