Adds new definitions to Kentucky's criminal trespass statute, including "employee," "employer," "threatening behavior" (intentional behavior placing another in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury), and "workplace" (employer-owned, leased, or controlled property where business is conducted)

Creates a new category of second-degree criminal trespass for entering a workplace while engaging in disruptive or threatening behavior after receiving verbal or written notice against trespass from the employer, authorized employee, or authorized agent

Elevates second-degree criminal trespass from a Class B misdemeanor to a Class A misdemeanor for repeat offenders who commit a second or subsequent offense within 3 years

Elevates third-degree criminal trespass from a violation to a Class B misdemeanor for repeat offenders who commit a second or subsequent offense within 3 years

Maintains enhanced penalties for trespass offenses committed during declared emergencies arising from natural or man-made disasters within the impacted area
