Prohibits business entities (corporations, LLCs, partnerships) that own 50 or more single-family rental homes in Kentucky from purchasing additional single-family homes, unless for use as the entity's own residence

Exempts nonprofit corporations from the purchasing restriction entirely

Allows restricted entities to purchase homes that have been advertised for sale for 90+ days, or 30+ days if the purchaser qualifies as a small business

Violations constitute unfair or deceptive trade practices under KRS 367.170, enforceable by the Attorney General with existing consumer protection remedies and penalties

Courts must grant Attorney General motions to join corporate affiliates in enforcement actions, with affiliates potentially held jointly and severally liable for damages
