Establishes a $100 civil penalty per offense for employers with 50 or fewer employees who violate these requirements

Imposes escalating penalties for employers with 51+ employees: $100 for first offense, at least $1,000 for second offense, and double the previous fine for third and subsequent offenses

Enforcement authority assigned to the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet under KRS 336.985
