Amends KRS 531.335 to remove the word "actual" from the definition of the offense, clarifying that both real and computer-generated images of minors in sexual performances are covered

Maintains existing exemptions for accidental/inadvertent viewing, law enforcement investigations, civil/criminal litigation, and viewing by minors, their parents/guardians, or school administrators investigating violations

Class D felony applies when the offender knows the minor or computer-generated image depicts someone under 18 years old

Class C felony applies when the offender knows the minor or computer-generated image depicts someone under 12 years old

Adds new sentencing requirement that convicted persons cannot be released on probation or parole until serving at least 85% of their sentence
