Expands Kentucky's existing hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) program for veterans to include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as an eligible condition, in addition to the previously covered traumatic brain injury

Defines PTSD as a mental health condition caused by an extremely stressful or terrifying event, diagnosed by a qualified mental health provider using DSM criteria from the American Psychiatric Association

Requires veterans seeking HBOT for PTSD to obtain a diagnosis from their treating health care provider, a prescription for HBOT, and provide written informed consent

Written informed consent must include explanations of approved treatments, potential best and worst outcomes, and statements that health plans are not obligated to pay and the veteran is liable for all expenses

Amends KRS 217.930, 217.934, and 217.936 to incorporate PTSD throughout the existing statutory framework for veteran HBOT treatment
