Qualified historic site license holders may now sell alcoholic beverages by the package under a limited nonquota package license at public or private functions on their premises, in jurisdictions that have authorized distilled spirits and wine package sales

Limited nonquota package licenses are expanded to be available as supplementary licenses to qualified historic site license holders, in addition to the existing eligible license types (NQ1, NQ2, NQ3 retail drink, quota retail drink, and limited restaurant licenses)

License compatibility rules are updated to explicitly allow qualified historic site license holders to also hold a limited nonquota package license

Limited nonquota package licenses authorize purchase and retail sale of private selection packages in original unopened containers for off-premises consumption only
