Exempts learning pods from child-care center licensing requirements and family child-care home regulations under KRS Chapter 199

Exempts learning pods from Cabinet for Health and Family Services oversight requirements under KRS 194A.380 to 194A.383

Makes minor technical amendments removing outdated date references and clarifying statutory language in existing teacher certification provisions
