Mandates cursive writing instruction in all elementary schools beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, with students expected to achieve proficiency by the end of grade 5

Amends KRS 156.160 to add these curriculum requirements alongside existing mandates for Holocaust and genocide education in middle and high schools
