Requires all current practicing physicians in Kentucky to complete at least 3 hours of continuing medical education every 3 years on recognition and treatment of mental health issues, including emotional, psychological, and social well-being issues and mental health disorders

The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure must approve the mental health continuing education courses

Amends KRS 311.601, which already requires certain physicians (pediatricians, radiologists, family practitioners, emergency/urgent care physicians) to complete 1 hour of training on pediatric abusive head trauma recognition and prevention

Adds the new mental health education requirement as a third category alongside the existing pediatric abusive head trauma requirements for current and future physicians
