County boards of elections must establish election day voting locations at the student union or other convenient on-campus location at large public university campuses (defined as the largest campus with combined undergraduate and graduate enrollment exceeding 5,000 students)

No-excuse in-person absentee voting must also be conducted at on-campus locations pursuant to KRS 117.076(1)

On-campus voting locations must provide ballot forms for all legislative and council precincts within 3 miles of campus, to the extent possible

University governing boards are required to make space available and coordinate with election authorities and students to facilitate compliance

The act is officially named the "Right to Vote at College Campuses Act"
