Allows family members to posthumously change the name of a deceased person if that name resulted from marriage to someone arrested for or charged with intentionally, knowingly, or wantonly causing the deceased's death

Establishes priority for who may petition for the posthumous name change based on the family member hierarchy in KRS 367.93117, explicitly excluding the spouse from eligibility

Requires posthumous name change petitions to follow the same District Court process used for standard adult name changes

Amends KRS 401.010, which governs name changes for persons at least 18 years of age in Kentucky
