Expands Kentucky's personal information privacy protections (KRS 61.7991) to include Commonwealth's attorneys, assistant Commonwealth's attorneys, county attorneys, assistant county attorneys, Department of Public Advocacy attorneys, U.S. Attorneys office employees, federal public defenders, and Criminal Justice Act panel attorneys—previously the law covered only judicial officers and their families.

Government agencies must remove personally identifiable information from publicly available content within 72 hours of receiving a written request from a covered person.

Protected information includes date of birth, residence addresses, phone numbers, personal email addresses, Social Security numbers, biometric/health/medical data, children's identities and school locations, and immediate family members' employer names.

Covered persons may bring civil actions seeking injunctive or declaratory relief to enforce these protections in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Removes a date-specific limitation that previously referenced June 27, 2025, and adds an exemption clarifying the protections do not apply to financial disclosures required under the same chapter.
