Adds school employees who engage in sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, or sexual abuse with students enrolled in elementary or secondary schools to the list of those guilty of rape in the third degree, sodomy in the third degree, and sexual abuse in the first degree (Class D felonies)

Defines "school employee" to include adult employees of public school districts or private/parochial/church schools serving as administrators, classified employees, certified employees, coaches, or contract employees, as well as Kentucky Department of Education employees assigned to schools

Amends KRS 510.010 to add and reorganize definitions including "adult intermediary," "foreign object," "individual with an intellectual disability," "registrant," and "school employee" within sex crimes statutes

Updates terminology throughout multiple professional licensing statutes (physicians, nurses, EMTs, massage therapists, physical therapists, social workers, behavior analysts) to reference the renumbered definition of "sexual contact" in KRS 510.010

Makes technical corrections replacing outdated statutory language such as "this state" with "the Commonwealth" and updating references to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to the "most recent edition"
