Reduces weekly work search activity requirements for unemployment claimants from five activities to three, and reduces the minimum number of formal job applications or interviews required from three per week to one

Defines qualifying work search activities as: submitting job applications, interviewing, job shadowing, attending job fairs or networking events, participating in job search workshops, or engaging in Kentucky Career Center programs

Requires the cabinet to conduct randomized weekly audits of claimants' compliance with work search requirements and submit annual reports to the Governor and Interim Joint Committee on Economic Development and Workforce Investment

Annual audit reports must include compliance failure rates, most common work search activities used, recommendations for improvement, number and percentage of claims audited, and auditing methodology

Directs the secretary to promulgate regulations establishing verification standards for claimants' work search activities and documentation submission methods
