Creates a new pathway for marriage and family therapists licensed in other states to obtain Kentucky licensure if they hold an active out-of-state license in good standing, pass the required examination, and pay application fees—exempting them from Kentucky's education and supervised experience requirements

Establishes strict timelines for processing license applications with technical errors: boards must notify applicants within 1 week of discovering errors, applicants have 2 weeks to correct them, boards must review corrections within 1 week, and must issue licenses within 2 weeks of completed applications
