Requires courts to order additional makeup visitation or parenting time to the prevailing party when denial occurs without reasonable cause, with makeup time to occur within two years

Mandates courts to restore visitation or parenting time when a party's time was suspended due to abuse or neglect allegations, but the Cabinet for Health and Family Services investigation finds no abuse or neglect

Authorizes courts to award attorney's fees to the prevailing party in visitation/parenting time disputes
