Authorizes the Kentucky Department of Highways to install signs displaying the 988 national suicide prevention and mental health crisis hotline on bridges along state-maintained highways

Requires the department to identify bridges where signs would be physically feasible and appropriate, prioritizing locations where suicides by jumping have occurred or are likely to occur

Signs must communicate that dialing 988 connects callers to behavioral health and suicide prevention services in accordance with state and federal law

All signs must conform to existing highway sign standards and specifications under KRS 189.337

Explicitly prevents the creation of any private right of action or legal liability against the department for decisions about sign installation
