Requires all Kentucky school districts to provide instruction on the "Success Sequence" to students in grades 7 and 10 beginning with the 2027-2028 school year

Defines the "Success Sequence" as three sequential milestones: obtaining at least a high school diploma with workforce training, securing full-time employment, and waiting until marriage to have children

Mandates the Kentucky Department of Education develop curriculum guidelines incorporating research from studies showing 97% of individuals who followed the sequence were not living in poverty in young adulthood

Authorizes school districts and the department to partner with Kentucky-based nonprofit organizations experienced in Success Sequence instruction for curriculum development

Requires the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate administrative regulations establishing academic standards for Success Sequence courses and programs
