Amends KRS 40.050 to update gender-neutral language throughout Kentucky's veterans' bonus payment statutes, changing "him" to "him or her" and "his" to "his or her"

Qualified veterans receive $9 per month for active duty service within the continental United States (maximum $300) and $15 per month for service outside the continental United States (maximum $500 aggregate)

If a qualified veteran is deceased, the bonus payment transfers to the first surviving beneficiary according to the priority order defined in KRS 40.010; if no beneficiary exists, the bonus lapses

Beneficiaries of service members killed in the line of duty or who died from service-connected injuries receive $300 (domestic service) or $500 (overseas service), with minimum service requirements waived
