Voids any nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement provisions that prohibit disclosing acts of sexual abuse or related facts, regardless of whether criminal charges or convictions resulted

Defines "act of sexual abuse" to include rape, sodomy, sexual abuse, sexual misconduct, indecent exposure, human trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, sexual extortion, and grooming behavior

Allows parties to still keep other settlement terms confidential, including payment amounts and terms

Applies retroactively to existing agreements, though enforcement of pre-existing agreements requires obtaining a final declaratory judgment that the provision is enforceable

May be cited as "Trey's Law"
