Creates a new criminal offense of "unlawful employment" under KRS Chapter 434

Defines "unauthorized alien" as a person unlawfully present in the United States under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. sec. 1101 et seq.)

Makes it illegal for a person who is unlawfully present in the U.S. to knowingly seek employment or perform work in exchange for any form of remuneration

Classifies unlawful employment as a Class A misdemeanor
