Kentucky Board of Education must establish a statewide system to monitor and enforce Title IX compliance across all K-12 educational institutions, including school districts, charter schools, interlocal cooperatives, and agencies managing interscholastic athletics

K-12 institutions must report to the commissioner of education: Title IX complaints received, federal investigation notices, investigation outcomes, and any employee contracts containing nondisclosure agreements

The Board must annually identify institutions needing additional Title IX training or intervention and establish penalties for institutions that fail to comply with reporting requirements

Agencies designated to manage interscholastic athletics must report employee misconduct allegations, investigation outcomes, and nondisclosure agreements to the commissioner of education, with quarterly summaries provided to the state board

Amends KRS 156.070 to explicitly include interscholastic athletics under the Kentucky Board of Education's management and control authority
