Violations constitute unfair trade practices under KRS 367.170; parents of injured minors may sue in Circuit Court for injunctive relief, actual damages or $1,000 per violation (whichever is greater), plus attorney's fees

Office of Consumer Protection must promulgate age verification regulations by December 1, 2026, when the Act takes effect; emergency service apps (911, crisis hotlines) are exempt from parental consent requirements
