Amends KRS 411.245 to extend civil immunity for vehicle damage from rescuing minors to also include rescuing domestic animals in imminent danger of physical injury

Rescuers must meet four conditions for immunity: reasonable good faith belief of imminent danger, contact local law enforcement/fire/911 before entry, use no more force than reasonably necessary, and either remain with the minor or animal until responders arrive or leave written notice on the vehicle

Written notice requirements (if leaving the scene) include rescuer's contact information, reason for entry, location where the minor or animal was taken, and confirmation that authorities were contacted

Does not limit other civil liability immunities or defenses available under Kentucky statutes or common law
