Poultry sold on-farm must be refrigerated at point of sale and properly labeled per federal requirements

Poultry sold at farmers markets or roadside stands must be frozen at point of sale and properly labeled per federal requirements

Prohibits local governments from requiring any additional certification or inspection of poultry products from farmers complying with these regulations

Defines "end consumer" as the final purchaser who does not resell the food product
